• Proven experience in integrated communications for international organisations or fast-paced environments.
• Strong ability to write and edit a range of communications materials.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal).
• Adept at understanding and assimilating complex information.
• Rigorous attention to detail with strong research and analytical skills.
• Self-starter able to work independently and take initiative.
• Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Team oriented with willingness to learn and share expertise.
• Ability to work creatively, quickly and accurately under pressure; prioritise accordingly.
• Fluent English is essential; additional languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support the Communications team to plan and deliver content for internal channels and engage our global staff network.
• Write communications material for internal and external audiences, tailoring for different audiences.
• Contribute to production of content for the Foundation's flagship and other events.
• Assist in campaign delivery and regularly evaluate communications activities.
• Monitor sector trends and propose new, creative approaches as needed.
• Source compelling content (human interest, impact stories) for audiences and strategy.
• Liaise with various teams to support programmatic communications and fundraising priorities.
• Provide general communications support, including managing inquiries inbox and drafting responses.
