Global Payments is seeking a Commissions Analyst to join the Finance Team. You will help ensure our sales compensation programs are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business performance, delivering insights that drive better decisions and empowered sales teams.

In this role you will audit results, support timely payments, and translate data into actionable recommendations while collaborating with Finance, HR, and Sales across the globe.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, commissions, sales operations, or a related analytical field.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze data and investigate discrepancies.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Organizational and time-management skills with ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships across Finance, HR, and Sales.

Responsibilities
