Job summary

Emapta Philippines invites applications for an Office Engineer to manage CMMS data, documentation, and warranty activities for U.S. construction projects.

This hybrid role is based in Makati and offers exposure to international teams while contributing to project continuity and asset performance. You will support project administration, client and internal coordination, and warranty lifecycle tasks, with emphasis on accuracy, communication in English, and structured processes.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in project administration, administrative support, customer service, or related role.
• Fluent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Review project information for completeness and accuracy before system setup.
• Coordinate with internal project teams to obtain required project documentation and information.
• Create and maintain project records within the CMMS platform.
• Add and update client, trade partner, user, and project information.
• Activate, deactivate, and archive project phases based on project requirements.
• Maintain organized project documentation and electronic records.
