Job description

The purpose of this role is to provide project management across a range of GCP initiatives, including PitchPoint communications, latest content rollout, training and other operational priorities.

The successful candidate will lead these initiatives, collaborating with business development, partners, and other stakeholders involved in the pitch and proposal process.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a new PitchPoint communications platform, using strong writing, planning and stakeholder engagement skills to provide firmwide PitchPoint users and the BD community with timely content launches, operational updates and technical updates
• Create and coordinate the PitchPoint Spotlight communications series, collaborating with subject matter experts and internal teams to deliver webinars that share the latest trends, hot topics and demand-driving insights to help pitch professionals enable more pitch wins
• Support the delivery of an immersive, hands-on PitchPoint Challenge series across BD teams globally, applying strong project coordination, facilitation and collaboration skills to help users build confidence and practical capability through real-life pitching scenarios
• Support the delivery of best-practice pitch learning and development sessions for partners, associates and BD teams firmwide, working collaboratively with stakeholders to tailor content, manage logistics and ensure a practical, engaging learning experience
• Enhance learning and training resources on the new BakerWorld sites, using strong writing, content organisation and stakeholder collaboration skills to ensure PitchPoint guidance, best-practice materials and enablement content are clear, accessible and up to date
• Other special project assistance as needed by the GCP team

Skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience
• Extensive experience in BD/communications in professional services, with significant hands-on experience designing and developing L&D and training programs
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong organisation and project management skills
• Excellent Interpersonal skills to work/lead in remote teams of BD/marketing professionals, and other Firm PBS functions
• Fluent written and spoken English
• Ability to network and collaborate across the Firm
• Strong persuasive and diplomacy skills with the ability to deal autonomously with highly intelligent and demanding stakeholders at all levels
• Possess a client service focus, flexibility and a can-do attitude
• Gravitas to coach and influence
• CIPD (L&D qualification) is a plus
