Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 8–12 years of accounting experience with strong exposure to US GAAP.
• End-to-end accounting experience (AP, AR, GL, month-end close).
• Experience in supervisory or team lead roles is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and industry practices.

Responsibilities

• Supervise full-cycle accounting activities (AP, AR, General Ledger).
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reports.
• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Reconcile POS, bank, credit card, and third-party platforms.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Assist in cost accounting, inventory tracking, and operational expenses.
• Coordinate and support audit and tax requirements with schedules.
