Job summary

RELX Philippines seeks a senior Cash Management leader to supervise daily cash operations, ensuring accuracy, security, and compliance while upholding strong internal controls. This role also oversees royalties, and supports Oracle Fusion Enablement and global process governance.

You will drive cross‑functional collaboration with R2R, P2P, AR, IC, and Tax, lead performance analytics, and guide change management, transformation, and innovation initiatives across a multinational finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance; CPA preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years in related work, with at least 3 years in Cash Management.
• Experience with major ERP systems (Fusion, Oracle R12, PeopleSoft, NetSuite).
• Strong English communication and leadership in a large multinational setting.
• Experience in transformation, RPA or AI is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a global Cash Management team across RELX divisions.
• Harmonize Cash Management teams into a unified operating model.
• Define global policies, accounting guidelines, and control frameworks.
• Provide process governance and standardization.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless integration (R2R, P2P, AR, IC, Tax).
• Drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
