Job summary

Support Services Group is seeking a personable Call Center Representative in the Philippines. You will be the primary link between the company and clients, delivering top-notch assistance via phone and following established scripts.

The role requires SHS graduates with strong English communication, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn. You must be able to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.

Qualifications

• SHS graduates with good communication in English.
• Basic computer navigation and typing skills.
• Willing to learn and receive training.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to follow instructions and company procedures.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite and/or on a shifting schedule, if required.
• No prior call center experience required; fresh graduates welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound client calls in a timely manner.
• Follow company’s call center scripts.
• Respond to customer needs efficiently and accurately, whether troubleshooting a problem, fielding a complaint, or assisting with other issues.
• Work with the client to verify or clarify information.
• Diffuse angry or upset clients as needed.
• Build relationships with customers based on trust and reliability.
• Record all conversations in CRM software, leaving accurate notes in case the client calls back and needs further assistance.
• Make sales or recommend additional services and products to customers.
• Attend all necessary training as needed.
