Job summary

Trip.com in the Philippines invites bright graduates to join the AGT Leopard Program, a 12-month accelerated path within the Accommodation Business Group designed to develop future leaders in business development.

During the program, you will learn to cover hotels, sign contracts, promote the Trip.com brand to partners, advise on revenue strategies, and use data to identify opportunities across global markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a recognized institution.
• Fluent in English; Filipino also used as a working language.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for hotel coverage and sign new contracts in alignment with company strategy.
• Promote the Trip.com brand and its online reservation services to partners.
• Consult partners on short- and long-term strategies to maximize revenue.
• Leverage business relationships to make Trip.com the partner's preferred OTA.
• Utilize data analysis and market research to understand market landscapes and identify opportunities.
