• At least 2 years experience with or supporting businesses or high-value customers.
• Deep expertise in customer success, disbursements, and financial risk management.
• Strong business acumen and ability to contextualize issues in broader operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for business customers, handling a high-complexity portfolio of escalations across service, partner disruptions, risk holds, engineering failures, and reconciliation disputes.
• Proactively identify and mitigate high-risk transactions, managing risk reviews and post-completion issues.
• Synthesize trends and systemic risks across partners into actionable intelligence for process improvements.
• Guide customers through onboarding (KYB) to transaction completion with precision and compliance.
• Provide real-time transaction updates to reduce uncertainty and build trust in high-stakes situations.
• Communicate rigorously and sensitively with customers whose accounts are compromised, balancing regulatory obligations with transparency.
