Job summary

WSP in Manila is seeking a BIM Technician to prepare general arrangement drawings, RC detailing, and reinforced concrete/steelwork drawings. You will perform Revit operations and ensure drawings meet project briefs, QA procedures, and BIM standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or related field.
• Knowledgeable in Revit Structures & AutoCAD.
• Skills in Dynamo and coding is a plus.
• Proficient in Windows and Microsoft Applications – Good English communication skills.
• Experience in structural modelling and detailing of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
• Experience in BIM360, BIM360 docs Project wise.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general arrangement drawings and RC detailing with bar bending schedule.
• Ensure drawings comply with project design brief and WSP standards and QA procedures.
• Conduct reinforcement bar quantity estimates.
• Prepare structural General Arrangement, reinforced concrete and structural steelwork drawings.
• Perform technical Revit operations per company requirements and standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines and adhere to BIM Execution Plan and project workflow.
