Qualifications

• 3+ years in program/project management or cross-functional enablement.
• Proficiency in creating scalable processes and structured workflows.
• Strong communicator who can train and influence across teams and levels.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and standards: shape policy, define best practices, establish what good looks like for analytics across the org.
• Governance: develop and maintain standards, support compliance, close gaps.
• Enablement: training, onboarding, adoption—drive a self-service culture where BUs become self-sufficient.
• Project delivery: scope, plan, and deliver Global BI initiatives on time.
• Accountability: identify owners, document responsibilities, ensure follow-through.
