ECAM Technologies Corporation in Metro Manila is seeking a talented BI Program Manager to lead enablement and governance across a global analytics organization.

You will shape standards, drive self-service adoption, and build trust with business units without direct reports, delivering Global BI initiatives on time.

The role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and a mindset for scaling processes using tools like Snowflake, Azure, and Power BI.

ECAM is looking for talented individuals like you! Be the next BI Program Manager.

Global BI serves as a thought partner and facilitator for how the organization interacts with data. We
work alongside business units—supporting adoption, shaping standards, and helping teams succeed
with analytics. This role is integral to that mission.

You lead enablement and governance programs across a global org—shaping policy, defining standards,
and driving what good looks like for analytics. You'll help build a self-service culture where BUs are
empowered to work with data effectively. No direct reports, but real responsibility. You drive outcomes
through relationships, not authority.

You'll work across teams with competing priorities and sometimes unclear ownership. We're looking for
someone who finds that energizing—who builds trust with partners, brings structure where it's needed,
and follows through consistently.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategy and standards: shape policy, define best practices, establish what good looks like for
  analytics across the org
• Governance: develop and maintain standards, support compliance, close gaps
• Enablement: training, onboarding, adoption—drive a self-service culture where BUs become
  self-sufficient
• Project delivery: scope, plan, and deliver Global BI initiatives on time
• Accountability: identify owners, document responsibilities, ensure follow-through
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in program/project management or cross-functional enablement
• Systems thinker—creates processes that scale and stick
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Strong communicator who can train and influence across teams and levels
• Comfortable driving outcomes through relationships
• Ability to translate business needs into actionable plans
• Leverage AI strategically to improve efficiency
• Some familiarity with cloud platforms and integrations (Snowflake, Azure, Power BI, etc.)
• Proficiency with PM and collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, or similar)
• Experience with data governance or policy development
• Background in BI/analytics as an individual contributor
• PMP, Agile, or other project management certification
