Job summary

Tdecision Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Project Manager—Software Implementation (International) to lead customer-side delivery teams and drive end‑to‑end project execution for bank customers in the PH region.

The role requires managing on-site and remote teams, delivering SaaS or on-premises risk systems to production on time and within budget, and coordinating with Product, Engineering and Compliance teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years implementing financial risk systems for banks or 8+ years in IT project management.
• Proven success delivering SaaS or on-premises platforms to production.
• Able to lead customer-facing implementations with cross-functional teams on site or remotely.
• Fluent English; local language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own full project lifecycle from initiation to handover for bank customers.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, Support and third-party vendors.
• Develop project plans, milestones, RACI, and delivery artifacts.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage change requests with impact analysis.
• Oversee integration testing, performance validation and UAT.
• Mentor the implementation team and ensure knowledge transfer.
• Interface with compliance, audit and security stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and refine playbooks and checklists.
