Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Order Management, Supply Chain, Logistics, Shared Services, or a related field.
• Fluent in at least one required language and proficient in English.
• ERP experience is an advantage but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support global B2B customers across inquiries, orders, deliveries, follow-ups, and issue resolution.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with global teams to improve service delivery and customer experience.
• Build experience across Order-to-Cash, supply chain, logistics, and shared services.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, analytics, automation, and AI-enabled tools to work smarter and drive improvements.
