Qualifications

• University degree required; 6+ years in internal/external audit, risk, compliance or equivalent in financial services.
• Fluent in spoken and written English; strong communication skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse business units in a multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to understand business processes, identify controls and recommend practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and/or lead audits (key risk, AML, SOX) per audit methodology and IIA standards.
• Team lead on country-specific or regulatory audits with minimal supervision.
• Manage audits within time budgets and report timing/budget issues.
• Ensure testing is completed on time; document test results and issues.
• Present audit issues to management and propose practical improvements.
• Prepare clear audit reports; ensure alignment with methodology.
• Utilize data analytics to improve audit effectiveness and efficiency.
• Follow up on corrective action plans with management.
• Ensure quality of work per methodology and standards.
• Prepare materials for committees and executive meetings.
• Participate in departmental initiatives; perform other tasks as needed.
• This is a mid-shift role.
