Job summary

FMC Corporation is seeking a Global Cash Applications Analyst to manage end-to-end cash application and allocation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing in Manila. You will reconcile payments, collaborate across finance teams, and support monthly closes in a fast-paced shared services environment.

The role requires 2–3 years in cash applications/bank reconciliation, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP/ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years experience in Cash Application and Bank Reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel; familiar with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Experience in Shared Services or BPO is a plus.
• Strong customer service orientation with interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely cash application and allocation.
• Reconcile payment discrepancies and coordinate with Credit and Collections for resolution.
• Investigate unidentified receipts and collaborate with Treasury, Local Team, AP Payments, RTR, and other stakeholders.
• Perform clearing and posting of transactions; conduct bank reconciliations and BlackLine reconciliation.
• Respond to inquiries related to customer account reconciliations and payment applications; support audits.
