Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2–3 years of cash application and bank reconciliation experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for reporting.
• Familiarity with SAP and other ERP systems.
• Experience in Shared Service or BPO is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely cash application and allocation
• Reconcile payment discrepancies with Credit and Collections
• Investigate unidentified receipts and collaborate with Treasury and other Stakeholders
• Perform monthly bank reconciliation
• Participate in monthly, quarterly and year end closing activities
• Prepare and distribute the Daily Cash Report
