Global Payments Inc. is seeking an Assistant Accountant to join the Accounting team and contribute to the accuracy of financial records. The role focuses on clerical accounting support, including data entry, invoice verification, and routine reconciliations.

• Data entry, reconciliations and maintaining financial records.
• Ability to follow procedures under supervision for routine tasks.
• Familiarity with accounting processes and document preparation.

Responsabilités

• Provide clerical accounting support including data entry (invoices, expenses) and filing.
• Assist in verifying invoice accuracy, basic reconciliations, and correcting routine errors.
• Serve as first point of contact for inquiries and support dispute research.
• Maintain and update financial records, journals, ledgers and transaction data in accounting systems.
• Compile and prepare standardized reports and ensure documentation retention for audits.
