Job summary

Global Payments is seeking an Assistant Accountant on a 1-year contract to support financial processes across our global operations. You will ensure accurate accounting transactions, reconciliations, and ledger activity while upholding strong controls.

The role offers exposure to Dynamics and GL systems, opportunities to influence process improvements, and collaboration with a diverse finance team worldwide.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or CPA finalists encouraged to apply.
• Experience with reconciliations and validating financial transactions is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure accounting transactions, reconciliations, and ledger activity are accurate and complete.
• Strengthen financial controls and reduce risk by resolving discrepancies.
• Provide analyses and insights to support business decisions.
• Address inquiries from clients and stakeholders with timely, accurate information.
• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
