Fadcol Limited in Manila, Philippines, is seeking a Head of Apparel Design to lead our global design team for premium OEM/ODM garment development. You will direct the design strategy, mentor designers, and drive innovative, commercially viable collections for international brands.

The role requires strong leadership, deep product knowledge, and collaboration with Sales, Merchandising, and Production to ensure on-time, high-quality deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in fashion design required and 8+ years of apparel design experience.
• Experience leading a fashion design team and delivering OEM/ODM collections.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, trims, prints, embroidery, washing and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent communication in English and ability to collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop the apparel design team.
• Set creative direction and seasonal design strategy.
• Build a high-performance design culture with accountability and continuous improvement.
• Allocate design resources across multiple projects and customers.
• Review and approve major design concepts before customer presentation.
• Lead development of seasonal collections, capsules, and client programs.
• Translate briefs into commercially successful designs and mood boards.
• Use AI-assisted tools and digital workflows to boost creativity and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, Product Development, Production, and QA.
