Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks an experienced Production Manager to oversee all garment production phases, ensure schedules and quality standards, and collaborate with design, quality control, and supply chain teams.

You will lead supervisors and staff, resolve workflow and equipment issues, and uphold health and safety protocols while driving KPI achievement and productivity improvements.

Qualifications

• Oversee all phases of garment production, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
• Identify and resolve production bottlenecks, optimizing workflows and processes to improve productivity
• Collaborate with design, quality control, and supply chain teams to enhance production efficiency.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve production goals.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and production staff with training support.
• Address and resolve issues related to production workflow, equipment, and workforce.
• Uphold health, safety, and environmental protocols diligently.
