Job summary

Genesys Manila is seeking a Sr. Analyst for Global Expense Management in Finance Shared Services.

The role focuses on proactive resolution and prevention of AP issues, partnering with Procurement, vendors, and stakeholders across regions to improve process quality and implement scalable solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong vendor management experience, solid knowledge of P2P, international tax registration requirements, and proficiency with ERP/AP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy is required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Procurement, or Vendor Management in a shared services or global environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships and resolving AP compliance issues independently.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Liaison & Direct Engagement with vendors, Procurement, and GEM AP on invoice compliance issues.
• Explain invoice rejection reasons to vendors and guide them on Genesys invoicing requirements.
• Proactively communicate invoicing standards to vendors and update them on legal entity or address changes.
• Maintain standard information for invoicing: Bill-To entity name, address, VAT/TIN details per jurisdiction.
• Develop and maintain a vendor exception register with deviations and rationale.
• Track open vendor issues through to full resolution across AP, Procurement, and vendor.
• Coordinate with internal Procurement teams to resolve PO-related discrepancies before/alongside invoice processing.
• Prepare regular reports on rejection volumes, root causes, and resolutions for GEM and Finance leadership.
