Job summary

Databricks is seeking an International Accounts Payable Manager to modernise our global AP operations, partnering with Domestic AP and overseeing outsourced P2P services. You will drive governance, performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-growth setting.

The role oversees multi-entity international AP, regulatory compliance, and analytics-driven decision making, leveraging Databricks data capabilities to surface trends and risks.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in AP/Finance Operations leadership with international scope
• Chartered Accountant degree is mandatory
• Experience managing outsourced AP/P2P providers with governance
• Proven track record leading AP transformation, automation and shared services
• Knowledge of international tax, VAT/GST and multi-entity environments

Responsibilities

• Lead international AP operations across regions, currencies, entities, and regulatory environments
• Develop and execute an International AP strategy with Domestic AP leadership
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and Sourcing on P2P, cash management and supplier experience
• Own governance with outsourced P2P provider; set KPIs, SLAs, QBRs and escalations
• Drive automation, AI, and process redesign to improve cycle times and controls
• Maintain SOX controls and audit readiness across regions
