Job summary

Jardine Service Centre Philippines is seeking an experienced Tower Manager of Accounts Payable (AP/PTP) to join the newly established Global Business Services centre in Manila. You will develop the GBS strategy in finance, build operation capability, and lead initiatives from ideation to service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or related field.
• 5+ years in finance leadership, Procure to Pay or Invoice to Pay.
• Experience with multinational organizations and cross-border collaboration.
• Knowledge of internal controls and financial systems.
• Auditing experience with public companies.
• Ability to lead system and process changes.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 10-20%.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations to defined metrics (DPO, aging) and report to leadership.
• Drive favorable payment terms and electronic invoicing with stakeholders.
• Ensure process efficiency and cross-process synergies.
• Ensure compliance with finance policies and regulations.
• Coach a hybrid team and oversee global PTP activity.
• Oversee records, verification and timely supplier invoice payments.
• Maintain internal controls and audit readiness for PTP.
• Lead standardization of global PTP processes, including tech deployments.
• Oversee Global Travel & Entertainment management.
• Collaborate with local units and service centre leaders on improvements.
• Develop a prioritized PTP roadmap and continuous improvement strategy.
• Establish KPIs to measure service levels and performance.
• Manage performance and development of the PTP team.
• Allocate resources to deliver high-quality service at low cost.
• Foster high performance culture and recognition.
• Handle ad hoc working capital improvement projects.
