Job summary

3M is seeking a Global Air Logistics Sourcing Analyst to support global air freight sourcing, spot approvals, rate management, and market intelligence. You will partner with regional teams, freight forwarders, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliant and cost-efficient air logistics operations.

The role involves maintaining data, collaborating across regions, and delivering weekly and monthly analytics. Hybrid eligible with potential travel to sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher completed before start.
• 3+ years in logistics sourcing, air freight, or related fields.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze information to support air freight spot approval decisions.
• Maintain the Global Master Air Spot Approval File weekly.
• Coordinate spot approval files with 3PLs and Freight Control teams.
• Serve as Global Air Freight Approval Tool contact for the Americas.
• Input provider proposals and spot quote data for weekly impact analysis.
• Upload weekly air freight rates into AS400 for 3M Mexico.
• Support monthly reporting using Ship Angel, Infor Nexus and other tools.
