SCALIS in Manila is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Analyst to manage day-to-day relations with affiliates and influencers, grow partnerships, and set up exclusive deals. You will recruit partners and strive to hit KPIs for your book of business.

The role requires strong problem-solving, time-management, and high-volume outreach, with clear communication over calls. You will analyze metrics, negotiate commissions, and contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Affiliate or Influencer Marketing.
• Strong MS Office & Google Suite, with advanced Excel.
• Strong data interpretation and translating insights into partner strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; trust-based relationships.
• Self-starter; thrives in a collaborative team.
• Attention to detail, quality, and organization.

Responsibilities

• Monitor affiliate activity and identify ways to increase partner-generated revenue.
• Maintain high communication with partners and optimize top deals.
• Send daily offers and distribute affiliate newsletters.
• Negotiate commissions, paid placements, and organic placements with affiliates.
• Analyze weekly/monthly performance metrics and optimize campaigns.
• Proactively recruit new affiliates and partners through research and referrals.
• Work with diverse partners, including digital influencers and SMBs.
• Perform additional duties to support evolving business needs.
