Qualifications

• CA with 8–10 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Experience leading a global accounting team in a multi‑entity setup.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and cross‑entity consolidation.

Responsibilities

• Own global close cadence: T+3 soft / T+6 hard / T+7 interim reporting.
• Manage multi‑entity consolidation and intercompany eliminations.
• Oversee payroll accounting reconciliations across geographies.
• Coordinate statutory/regulatory filings and audits across regions.
• Lead audit coordination with external firms and internal teams.
• Develop and mentor a 3–4 person accounting team.
