Job summary

Orica Manila is seeking an Account & Pricing Administrator to join the GBS team on a hybrid basis. You will manage customer contracts, variations, and master data in SAP, while supporting invoicing and regional reporting across AusPac, EMEA, and NA.

The role involves commercial analysis and coordination with global stakeholders. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, SAP knowledge is a plus, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to use Excel at an advanced level for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Attention to detail in managing contracts, pricing and master data.
• Experience with SAP and contract administration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supports contract and subscription administration, including creation, maintenance, and amendments of customer agreements.
• Ensures compliance with contract terms and approval requirements before execution or changes.
• Manages invoicing activities, resolves billing disputes, and maintains business partner master data.
• Maintains pricing information across systems and platforms.
• Analyzes data to identify trends, supports corrective actions and growth opportunities.
• Coordinates regional reporting, including monthly KPI and customer reports.
• Supports governance and continuous improvement of the Digital Solutions team.
