Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other financial certifications are preferred.
• 12+ years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• At least 5 years in General Accounting.
• At least 3 years in a Shared Service Centre of a multinational or BPO.
• Experience leading Account to Report for a large multi-state company.
• Ability to lead in a matrixed global environment.
• Strong interpersonal and change-management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (5%).

Responsibilities

• Lead global General Accounting strategy, operating model and roadmap.
• Drive readiness and deployment across SAP S/4HANA, CFIN and related initiatives.
• Drive automation, standardization and continuous improvement in GA.
• Lead and develop a high-performing global organization and foster inclusion.
