Job summary

Personal Collection Direct Selling Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Treasury Supervisor to oversee General Ledger accounting activities, ensuring timely journal vouchers and accurate ledger postings.

You will drive month-end closes, balance sheet reconciliations, and internal controls while guiding a small team. You will partner with finance and IT to optimize processes, support audits, and deliver insightful reporting.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Bachelor Science in Accounting; CPA preferred.
• At least 2 years work experience in the same position or as Accounting Supervisor.
• Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases.
• Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to direct and supervise.

Responsibilities

• Perform and lead various GL month-end close activities, including preparation and review of journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year end close tasks as required.
• Prepare and review Balance Sheet and P&L fluctuation analyses and investigate variances.
• Assist in preparing internal and external financial reporting schedules.
• Partner cross-functionally with other sections in Accounting, IT, and business partners to establish best practices and evaluate process improvements.
• Maintain and enhance internal controls over accounting processes and systems.
• Provide a high level of customer service with finance and non-finance partners through timely responses and reporting.
• Support quarterly reviews and annual audit requests and inquiries from external auditors.
• Ad hoc accounting projects as needed.
• Mentor, coach, build and develop the team.
