Job summary

Knowles Electronics (Philippines) Corporation is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant – General Ledger and Tax to support the Finance team in daily accounting operations, tax compliance, and financial reporting in a fast-paced corporate environment. You will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, be CPA-qualified, and bring at least 3 years of tax experience with BIR, PEZA, and SEC regulations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA required.
• At least 3 years of tax-related experience.
• Strong knowledge of BIR, PEZA, and SEC regulations.
• Proficient in Excel and accounting systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file tax returns (BIR, PEZA, SEC) accurately and on time.
• Handle VAT, EWT, income tax, DST, and regulatory reporting.
• Maintain GL balances and perform reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and procedures.
• Support internal and external audit requirements.
• Assist in ad hoc reports and financial analysis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
