Job summary

Daily Joe is seeking a Senior Accounting Analyst to lead reconciliations, month-end close, GL accuracy and financial reporting. You will resolve complex accounting issues and drive process improvements across Finance & Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field.
• Experience in GL analysis, close, variance resolution and controls.
• Knowledge of ERP/accounting systems such as SAP, Odoo or QuickBooks.

Responsibilities

• Lead reconciliations on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Own month-end close and ensure GL accuracy.
• Support financial reporting and resolve complex accounting issues.
• Drive process improvements across Finance & Operations.
• Review junior staff work and address exceptions.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations to fix recurring issues.
