Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. in Makati City, Philippines seeks a German-speaking Procurement Analyst/Buyer to support APAC, EMEA and AMERICAS regions within a Shared Services environment. You will drive e-sourcing events, contracts management, supplier compliance and performance, and coordinate with global teams.

The role requires strong communication, vendor management, and the ability to guide suppliers through CBRE procurement systems and processes, including webinars and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Executes e-sourcing events and RFx activities.
• Manages contracts and supplier compliance and performance.
• Onboards suppliers for CBRE Accounts.
• Coordinates regional sourcing processes with internal stakeholders.
• Implements supplier performance program and process improvements.
