Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Geography, Geomatics, Geodetic Engineering, Environmental Science, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–3 years of GIS, mapping, or geospatial analysis experience preferred.
• Proficient with ArcGIS and QGIS.
• Experience with GPS devices and spatial databases is advantageous.
• Knowledge of remote sensing and CAD software is a plus.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Collect, process, and maintain spatial and geographic data.
• Produce high-quality maps, layouts, and GIS reports.
• Perform spatial analysis and data interpretation.
• Manage and update GIS databases and geodatabases.
• Utilize GPS data for mapping and field verification.
• Support project planning through geospatial analysis.
• Coordinate with engineers, geologists, surveyors, and project teams.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and proper documentation.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations as required.
