Job summary
TVI Resource Development Phils., Inc. is seeking a GIS Specialist to lead geospatial data management, surveying integration, and GIS application development for mining projects.
The role requires a licensed Geodetic Engineer and a Master’s in Geomatics or GIS/Remote Sensing, with 5+ years in field surveying and GIS work. The candidate will work at the Head Office in Makati, with hands-on duties in spatial analysis, 3D modeling, and drone-based data collection.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Geodetic Engineering and licensed as Geodetic Engineer.
- Masters in Geomatics or GIS/Remote Sensing is a MUST.
- Minimum 5+ years in field surveying and GIS application development, preferably in mining.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills; able to work in varied outdoor conditions.
- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, Surpac, MapInfo Pro with Datamine Discover, and QGIS.
- Skilled in operating GNSS receivers, Total Stations, and UAVs (drones).
- Strong background in spatial 3D modeling, geostatistics, remote sensing, and photogrammetry.
