Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant professional experience.
• At least 2 years in AI/ML, data science, or data engineering.
• Degree in Geodetic Engineering, Geography, Geology, Environmental Science, Marine Science, or related field, or CS/Engineering with geospatial experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and serve as a technical point of contact for clients.
• Design quality frameworks and calibrate teams against them.
• Build, test, and evaluate models, data pipelines, and technical solutions.
• Translate geospatial requirements into clear annotation and operational workflows.
• Review guidelines to reflect imagery and spatial data.
• Analyze quality and delivery data to identify trends and improvements.
• Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and operations teams.
