You will work with AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Data Scientists to improve interactions and product capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in a technology or data-related field.
• 3+ years in AI, content optimization, research, analytics or QA.
• Interest in LLMs and Generative AI technologies.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering concepts and AI model interactions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and refine prompts to improve AI outputs.
• Create prompts for diverse business and customer use cases.
• Test prompt variations and evaluate performance outcomes.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, PMs, and stakeholders.
• Document findings and maintain prompting libraries.
