Job summary

MCLINK COPY SERVICES PHILIPPINES INC. in Ortigas, Philippines, is seeking a Junior AI Engineer to join our development team onsite and work on testing, evaluating, and improving AI agents used in real-world applications.

You will gain hands-on experience with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and RAG, while contributing to AI testing, quality assurance, and guardrail development. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; day shift, onsite work with the team.

Join our growing team and gain hands-on experience working with Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, RAG, and AI Quality Assurance.

As a Junior AI Engineer, you’ll work closely with our development team to test, evaluate, and continuously improve AI agents used in real-world applications.

What You’ll Do

• Write, test, and refine prompts and instructions for AI agents

• Analyze AI responses and identify errors, limitations, and edge cases

• Organize and maintain product manuals and other information within AI knowledge bases

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and reliability

• Help develop and test guardrails to minimize AI hallucinations during live calls

• Conduct QC reviews of AI conversations and recommend improvements

• Work with the development team to improve AI agent performance and reliability
