Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 6–10+ years experience in FMCG, preferably in GT or consumer goods.
• Strong background in channel marketing, trade marketing, or customer marketing (GT focus).
• Proven experience in field execution, distributor-led environments, and retail activation.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Category teams.

• Channel Strategy & Performance Management: analyze channel performance and define KPIs.
• Retail & Activation: develop in-store activation programs and POS materials.
• Program Development & Commercial Planning: manage activation plans, budgets, and ROI.
• Emerging Channel & Growth Initiatives: identify growth opportunities in general trade.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration: coordinate Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams.
• Business Continuity & Risk Management: monitor market trends and adjust plans.
