Concentrix in Metro Manila, Philippines, seeks a licensed physician to lead occupational health services for employees. The role involves conducting clinical assessments, managing health programs, and collaborating with safety teams to protect employee well-being.

The ideal candidate has a medical degree, active Philippine license, 5+ years in a related field, and training in Basic Life Support and Occupational Medicine. ACLS is an advantage.

Formación

• MD degree and valid Philippine medical license required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in healthcare.
• Updated Basic Life Support Training and Basic Course in Occupational Medicine.
• ACLS training is an advantage.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make informed, evidence-based decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Conducts clinic hours eight hours a day from Monday to Friday.
• Provides customized medical care, diagnosis, and treatment for patients.
• Performs thorough physical examinations and requests appropriate diagnostic tests.
• Develops and implements effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Encodes detailed medical records in a timely manner.
• Provides occupational health guidance, health surveillance, vaccinations, and investigations of occupational illnesses.
• Provides post-APE discussions with employees regarding results and pertinent findings.
• Rotates as PEME or APE evaluator when needed.
• Participates in quality improvement sessions, root cause analysis, and team meetings.
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals and specialists to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Stays up-to-date with medical advancements and best practices in specialization.

Requirements:

• Required to be equipped with an updated Basic Life Support Training and Basic Course in Occupational Medicine
• Advances Cardiac Life Support training is an advantage
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to make informed, evidence-based decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients and colleagues

Responsibilities:

• Conducts clinic hours eight (8) hours a day from Monday to Friday
• Provides customized medical care, diagnosis, and treatment for patients
• Conducts thorough physical examinations and requests appropriate diagnostic tests
• Develops and implements effective treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs
• Encodes detailed medical records in a timely manner
• Provides subject matter expertise, implements, and evaluates strategies for occupational health, chronic lifestyle diseases and public health threats for the health protection and surveillance of employees (e.g. NCDs, COVID-19)
• Contributes to the provision of advice, health surveillance, vaccinations, investigations of cases of occupational illnesses, and other general occupational or non-occupational health issues.
• Provides post-APE discussion with employees who wish to discuss their results and those that have pertinent findings in their APE
• Rotates as PEME or APE evaluator when the need arises
• Participates in quality improvement sessions, root cause analysis, and regular clinic team meetings
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals & specialists to ensure the best possible patient outcomes
• Stays up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices in your specialization
