Job summary

MJK Medical Diagnostic Clinic in Ermita, Manila City, Metro Manila, is seeking a General Physician to join the healthcare services team on a full-time basis. You will provide comprehensive medical care and health services to employees, customers, and community members who use our on-site facilities.

Responsibilities include conducting examinations, creating treatment plans, prescribing medications, maintaining medical records, and supporting occupational health programs.

Qualifications

• 4 years above college graduate of Medicine or any related degree.
• PRC license and current registration.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience in the same field.
• Will function as medical director in the organization.
• Proficiency in medical record-keeping and EHR systems.
• Knowledge of occupational health and workplace health and safety protocols.
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgements under pressure.
• Commitment to continuing professional development and lifelong learning.
• Compassion, empathy, and patient-centred approach to healthcare delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conducting comprehensive medical examinations and diagnoses for patients presenting with various acute and chronic conditions.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on patient medical history, examination findings, and diagnostic results.
• Prescribing appropriate medications and therapeutic interventions in accordance with clinical guidelines and best practices.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records for all patient consultations and treatments.
• Providing health education and preventative care advice to patients and staff members.
• Conducting routine health screenings and occupational health assessments for employees.
• Referring patients to specialist care or hospital facilities when necessary.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure continuity of care.
• Staying current with medical advances and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Responding to medical emergencies and providing appropriate first-line treatment.

About the role

What we're looking for

• 4years above college graduate of Medicine or any related degree

• Valid PRC Licensed and currently registered

• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience of the same field

• Will also function as medical director in organization

• Proficiency in medical record-keeping and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems

• Knowledge of occupational health and workplace health and safety protocols

• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical judgements under pressure
