ROBINSON DINING PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the premium Teochew-Cantonese restaurant’s overall operations in Singapore’s CBD.

You will drive revenue growth, oversee service, kitchen, reservations, marketing and administration, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen and a track record of profitable hospitality operations, with the ability to manage large teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of management experience in the F&B, hospitality or hotel industry.
• Proven track record in leading profitable restaurant or hospitality operations.
• Strong leadership, financial management and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing large teams and multiple departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

About the role

We are a premium Teochew-Cantonese restaurant in Singapore's CBD, specialising in fresh live seafood, quality ingredients and exceptional dining experiences. We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the overall business operations, drive revenue growth, strengthen team performance, and ensure outstanding guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities
