HR Primo Management Services seeks an experienced General Manager – Printing Operations to lead the printing business in Laguna. You will oversee printing operations, financial performance, strategic planning, and business growth across prepress, press, and post-press activities.

Ideal candidates hold 10+ years in printing/manufacturing with strong budgeting, KPI management, and bid/tender experience. onsite in Biñan, Laguna, with senior leadership responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field as specified.
• At least 10 years in printing or related manufacturing ops.
• Hands-on knowledge of printing processes, machinery, inks, and workflows.
• Proven leadership in senior operations roles with budgeting and planning.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall printing, production, commercial coordination, and admin ops.
• Oversee end-to-end prepress, press, finishing, and post-press workflows.
• Drive production efficiency, quality, turnaround time, cost control, and resource use.
• Manage budgets, CAPEX/OPEX, and overall operational/financial performance.
• Establish KPIs and monitor business and production results.
• Lead strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners.
• Support business development and revenue growth; bid opportunities.
• Lead department heads and drive targets to completion.
