Job summary

Hann Philippines Inc. is seeking a senior golf operations leader to direct all golf operations, facilities, and activities at the resort.

The role emphasizes establishing policies, overseeing sales and marketing support, and ensuring quality and safety of services. Candidate should have 5+ years in a senior management role in golf operations or 10 years of cumulative golf operations experience, with familiarity in PGA programs and organizing prestigious tournaments.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in a senior management role with golf operations focus, or 10 years cumulative golf operations experience in lieu.
• College graduate with any 4-year degree, or equivalent experience in golf operations.
• Familiar with PGA Engagement Programs such as PGA Coach, PGA Jr. League, and others.
• Proven track record in organizing and leading professional golf tournaments, including PGA or European Tours.
• Understands standards, venue requirements, and logistics for high-caliber golf tournaments at world-class courses.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Work experience of at least five (5) years in a senior management role, pre-opening experience and exposure in Asian markets is an advantage.
• College graduate of any 4-year degree course, or at least 10 years' cumulative golf operations experience, in lieu thereof.
• Understands and can utilize the resources of PGA Engagement Programs such as PGA Coach, PGA Jr. League, and others.
• Proven experience in organizing and leading professional golf tournaments, including prestigious events such as PGA or European Tours.
• Familiarity with the operational standards, venue requirements, and logistics management necessary for high-caliber golf tournaments hosted at world-class golf courses.
