Qualifications

Five+ years in a senior management role with golf operations focus, or 10 years cumulative golf operations experience in lieu.
College graduate with any 4-year degree, or equivalent experience in golf operations.
Familiar with PGA Engagement Programs such as PGA Coach, PGA Jr. League, and others.
Proven track record in organizing and leading professional golf tournaments, including PGA or European Tours.
Understands standards, venue requirements, and logistics for high-caliber golf tournaments at world-class courses.

Responsibilities

Direct all aspects of golf operations, facilities, and activities.
Establish and oversee policies to support golf operations, sales, and marketing.
Ensure quality of products/services and safety/security of the resort.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and foster community relations.
