Description

• Responsible for the day to day activities of the company through management all the different heads of processes of company.
• The GM ensures the that the company performs as guided by the direction and strategies set by the Board of Directors.
• The General Manager shall report directly to the President and shall attend all meetings of the Board, unless the Board has requested otherwise.
• The GM shall also be present at General Meetings.

Qualification

• At least with Masters/Post Graduate Degree in Business and Management
• At least 5 years of experience in operations, finance and human resources management
• With experience in manufacturing industry
• Proficiency in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Background in medical device manufacturing, exports and compliance is an advantage
• Knowledge of digital tools for business management and strategic planning
• Experience in managing and leading production teams with at least 20 employees
• With project management skills for operational efficiency
• Expertise in financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting resources management
• Experience in international business practices and regulations
