Job summary

The Private Advertiser seeks a General Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations across Administrative, Marketing, Engineering, Accounting, HR, Park and Chapels & Crematorium.

Lead all units to ensure financial health and superb customer service while maintaining compassionate support for grieving families. Drive revenue goals with high emotional intelligence and strict standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in Marketing and Memorial with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Real-estate PRC license required; experience with memorial and funeral at-need/pre-need is a plus.

Responsibilities

The General Manager is responsible to oversee the overall day-to-day operations of all the units, which includes, but not limited to, Administrative, Marketing, Engineering, Accounting, HR, Park and Chapels & Crematorium. responsible for the overall operations, financial health, and compassionate service delivery with superb excellent customer service of the facility. Responsible for full Profit and Loss (P&L) performance, ensuring the business meets revenue goals while adhering to the respectful standards and regulations of the death care industry. The role balances strict business management with the high emotional intelligence required to support grieving families.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, Business, or its equivalent

• At least 7-10 years of experience in the field of Marketing and Memorial or similar with at least 5 years of Management Lead role

• Real-estate PRC is required; experience with memorial & funeral at-need and pre-need is an advantage
