Job summary

Gruppo Mobili Philippines, Inc. seeks an experienced maintenance professional to handle electrical and HVAC systems for building facilities. The candidate should have hands-on experience in building maintenance and be capable of reading electrical and building plans.

A background in mechanical, plumbing or welding is an advantage, with readiness to be assigned to Biñan, Laguna or Taguig BGC. Three positions are available; qualification will determine placement and salary adjustments based on

Qualifications

• College degree in Electrical Engineering or Tesda accepted.
• Minimum 3 years in related field.
• Experience with building/factory electrical systems and HVAC maintenance.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical, plumbing or welding is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical, mechanical and building plans.

Job description

• Candidate must possess a college degree of Electrical Engineering or Tesda, vocational course min. 3years.

• 5 year (s) and above HANDS ON working experience in building/factory electrical ,air conditioning Maintenance is required.

• With Hands on experienced in other aspects of building maintenance such as mechanical, plumbing, welding, air-conditioning etc.is an advantage

• Knowledge in understand electrical plan ,mechanical and building's plan

• Salary Range : depends on qualification ,regular salary adjustment depends on output.

• Willing to be assign in Biñan, Laguna/Taguig BGC.
