Job summary

FUJIFILM Business Innovation Philippines Corp. is seeking an accounting support professional to assist in inventory management, fixed assets, and accounts receivable. You will help ensure accurate recording of transactions and support month-end close.

You will work under the Accounting Supervisor and collaborate with teams to reconcile ledgers, prepare reports, and implement process improvements. This is a full-time role based in Taguig with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor inventory variance schedules for monthly amortization and reconciliation.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory-related reports.
• Assist in the reconciliation of inventory subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger, including identification of items for disposal/clean-up.
• Maintain and update the Machine in Field (MIF) for Insurance listing.
• Assist in the reconciliation of fixed asset subsidiary ledgers with the general ledger.
• Review supporting documents and approve Accounts Receivable adjustment requests.
• Review supporting documents and record manual invoices, debit notes, credit notes, and other adjustments.
• Ensure accurate recording of appropriate project tagging of revenue and cost transactions.
• Provide assistance during month-end closing and audit activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Supervisor or Manager.
