Concentrix is seeking an Associate, Accounting - GLSS GFA to ensure accurate recording of fixed assets, perform balance sheet reconciliations, and drive process improvements. The role reports to the GLSS - GFA Manager and requires deep knowledge of fixed assets and general ledger practices.

The candidate will handle monthly/quarterly close, depreciation calculations, asset disposals, and cross-functional collaboration across finance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years experience in Fixed Assets.
• Knowledge in AP, AR, Fixed Asset, Intercompany, Account Reconciliations and General Ledger.
• Detail-oriented with structured, initiative-driven work in a fast-paced environment.
• Graduate of B.S. Accountancy is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform book closing activities on a monthly, quarterly and annually basis.
• Record fixed assets by creating and supervising procedures, forms, and controls.
• Validate and record in the accounting system newly acquired fixed assets and disposals.
• Track, compile, and record project costs to fixed asset accounts/category.
• Perform depreciation calculation for all fixed assets.
• Revise and update the detailed schedule of accumulated depreciation and fixed assets.
• Reconcile Fixed assets balances between sub-ledger and general ledger monthly.
• Maintain general ledger accounts and prepare journal entries for PPE, accruals and general adjustments.
• Generate and distribute account management reports monthly.
• Provide accounting information to stakeholders and controllers when needed.
• Assist cross-functional teams with accounting issues (Bank Recon, Fixed Asset, Inter-Company, Finance, Controllership, Payroll, HR, Treasury, A/P, A/R).
• Support auditors during internal and external audits.
• Review financial reports to identify and explain variances.
• Apply knowledge of Fixed Asset accounting policies and processes.
